Exact, it isn't the same. It's 2 different/separate topics sent in the
same reminder.
Android Team is releasing only android-toolchain component, your list
is pretty clear.
The list of components released by other team is less clear, that's why we asked
for the list of components to be delivered this month (and has nothing
to do with
Cycles/1110/Release/Blueprints update).

As you said it's just a mechanical summary of LP milestone page.
