Kernel WG release is one week before all-Linaro release, on 2011-11-17.
Linaro release is planned the last Thursday of the month, on
2011-11-24 (Thanksgiving).

Works for me. You can freeze on Monday 2011-11-14 and release on
Thursday 2011-11-17.
