Greetings,

This is a reminder to fill out the postmortem for the 11.11 cycle once
the component has been delivered. Postmortem comments are due closely
after delivery.

Please follow the delivery dates in the calendar promptly with a
postmortem update.

Include any major updates, good, bad news and issues, things that
need to improve.

Any blueprints of essential or high priority that did not make it into
the release should be itemized in the groups issues section so that
they can be brought up in the post-mortem review meeting.

Please also include any items in the lessons learned section.
