Super. The elements are ones that I think we've discussed before so
the only new piece is the mapping to dates as part of the release
process and then actually going about doing it.

I like it. There is a TSC desire to have our cards "closed out" and
frankly we in Engineering will need this from time to time as well.
The best place currently to capture this is in the Papyrs card detail.
So....
As a manager dealing with the TSC
I want to easily look a roadmap card and see that it was completed,
when it was completed, and how it was completed
So that I can have an informed discussion with the TSC and the card sponsor
Thus my thinking extends to:
1) I'd like to see a new section added (my initial thought is at the
bottom just above the comments section) and title it something like
"Completion Results". That section would hold a summary of what was
and wasn't done (i.e. Mounir's report item).
2) We should expand the existing checklist to include the rest of the
steps, i.e.
--- already there ---
Initial Entry
Review Techlead
Review Kiko
Review TSC
Identify TSC Sponsor
--- new ---
Card complete
Review Results with TSC (can only happen of course after the results
are written)
TSC Signoff (This may be easier to document and deal with vs the
"directive" idea. They may say that the results are ok but more work
in a new card needs to happen so we could create that then).
I'm trying to keep the process as simple as possible. It's easy with
this stuff to go overboard and create more work than is needed.
3) We should update the metadata with the release that the card was delivered.
