        Hey,

Many new cards were accidentally created as private because it was the
default; this default had been chosen because it was the safest, but
given that an overwhelming majority of cards is public, I've just
changed the default security level to public ("None").  This doesn't
affect existing cards, only new cards, and you can still opt to make a
card private when creating it or afterwards using the Edit button and
changing the security level.
