If you handle your roadmap via JIRA cards then please read on.


Hi folks!

2012I4 - iteration 4 of 2012 - has started. The period covered goes from 
LCE12 (Connect @ Copenhagen) to March 01 2013 (ie just before Connect @ 
Hong Kong in 2013).

This means we should get your 2012I4 cards through review and marked for 
engineering work as soon as possible. Please follow the steps below

1. if you have not done so already, please draft your roadmap cards. 
General directions are given in 
https://wiki.linaro.org/OPSCOM/RoadmapProcessWithJIRA#Proposing_a_new_card
2. mark them for 2012I4 (field "fixVersion" is used to mark the iteration)
3. after you have reviewed the cards internally in your group check them 
out with Loic
4. if all is fine then go ahead and push that button in JIRA reading 
"Mark for review". This will trigger the final review also by the TSC 
before accepting the card (or potentially sending it back to you for 
extra clarifications)

Ideally steps 1 and 2 should be ready by this week.

All 4 steps should be ready by end of next week (16 Nov). The time limit 
in which TSC have the cards reviewed is usually 2 weeks, so if these 
deadlines are observed we can expect all cards in order by the end of 
November.
