Hello folks

I have sent out the invitation for the last opscom call for this 
iteration. This is going to take place on the 19th of February 2013 at 
15:00 UTC. If you have not received the invitation (or have any trouble 
finding it) let me know and I can send you a reminder.
Tech Leads and Project Managers: please get your cards which are 
targeted for 2012I4 in shape. What this means:
1. Indicate the imminent delivery of a card in its Engineering Progress 
update field.
2. If you are getting close to completing your cards, then start now 
drafting their closeout sections - even if they cover the partial 
results up to 13.01 release period. Please do not leave to do this at 
Connect or later - experience shows that if the closeouts are not ready 
for review by Connect we end up running after them after we leave Connect.
PLEASE NOTE: get your cards ready for the OPSCOM meeting (with progress 
update and possibly first drafts of those closeouts) by Friday 15 
February. This will allow for a pre-check before the meeting to save us 
time.
Also note the timeline for finally closing out those cards:
- if there is some final release expected plan to do it by 13.02
- otherwise the iteration closes by end of February - just before Connect
- the intention during Connect is to go card-by-card, check the 
closeouts and ask for any updates/adjustments if needed
- final approval of the deliverables should be happening by the TSC, 
soon after Connect
I hope this clarifies a bit more what is expected.

One final note: since the week of the final OPSCOM is also the week of 
ELC, I understand if you re not able to participate. If you have issues 
to raise and have nobody from your team to handle those points please 
ping Kate Stewart and myself and we will help you out.
Also ping me if you need any clarification for JIRA/closeouts etc.
