[Bug 842524] Re: add --token-file to cancel-job
Well, this might just be my interpretation of what that might mean, but
it seems to me that if you have to transmit the token in the open and
plain, then it could be intercepted. I accept that it might be a very
minor consideration, and I did think a couple of times before selecting
it. Feel free to unselect it if you disagree! I'm not wedded to the
idea.

Bug description:
Following on the changes to allow --token-file access to submit-job
(bug 821400) it was realised that cancel-job needs the same
functionality. Given that this involves some code restructuring to get
rid of the duplication between that and auth-add, it was decided to
make this a separate bug.
