  panda04, beaglexm04 offline

Status in LAVA Validation Lab:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I noticed today that beaglexm04 was running a test, but seemed to be
  stuck so I killed the job.  It looks like neither panda04 or
  beaglexm04 are connected, or at least I can't reach them on the serial
  console, so I marked them offline in the scheduler.
