We doing explicit instance re-init and build start, which proved to be
quite robust, lowering priority.

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  ATM, jenkins reuses running build slaves. This is not in the spirit of
  the inventor of this build service ... it should be always clean for
  each build:

   * this is an important for security
   * this is important to unblock custom build backend setup scripts (e.g. you always need to start with a clean install to install diffferent set of build depends)
   * this is important in general because each build must start with a clean instance
