Fathi, the current framebuffer driver used in hwpacks is an internal
driver, this would be replaced in 3.1. So I will debug this issue with
3.1. As a note, when we disable 'Unity', we don't see the screen-
flicker.

Bug description:
  After booting the ubuntu desktop image parts of the display disappear.
  When the cursor goes over those regions they reappear
