18:06 < seb128> asac, https://launchpad.net/~linaro-maintainers/+archive/overlay/+sourcepub/1962819/+listing-archive-extra
18:07 < seb128> asac, could you guys not divert ubuntu package using official versions numbers? i.e ~linaro those? ;-)
18:10 < asac> seb128: yep thats wrong ... will forward your complain
18:10 < asac> seb128: is that version now taken?
18:10 < asac> e.g. did you upload ubuntu2?
18:10 < seb128> asac, not yet
18:10 < seb128> asac, thanks for complaining
18:10 < asac> seb128: how did you spot?
18:10 < seb128> asac, btw that version is broken
18:10 < seb128> asac, tseliot hit a but in this version that he got on an oem image
18:10 < seb128> but->bug
18:11 < asac> k
18:11 < seb128> asac, gconf was multiarched but the dbus .service is in an arch:all binary
18:11 < seb128> asac, so the path is the i386 one
18:11 < seb128> which breaks the service activation on other arches

Title:
  org.gnome.GConf.service contains i386 pathname

Status in Linaro Ubuntu Evaluation Builds:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  The /usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.gnome.GConf.service file from the gconf2-common package contains the line:
  Exec=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libgconf2-4/gconfd-2

  correct line should be
  Exec=/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabi/libgconf2-4/gconfd-2

  This configuration error prevents metacity and gnome-terminal to spawn
  the gconfd-2 and makes all gnome applications fail to run.

  tested using: linaro-media-create --rootfs ext4 --mmc /dev/sdc
  --binary linaro-o-ubuntu-desktop-tar-20111008-0.tar.gz --hwpack
  ../Skrivbord/hwpack_linaro-lt-mx5_20110929-0_armel_supported.tar.gz
  --dev mx53loco
