[Bug 868454] Re: break down the time-to-acceptance distribution graph by number of weeks

Kiko, is it important that the chart is count/weeks or is it ok if it's
still count/days with grouping per 7 days (or any other number of days)
instead of per 30 days as it currently is?

Title:
break down the time-to-acceptance distribution graph by number of
  weeks

Status in Linaro patch metrics:
  In Progress

Bug description:
<kiko> salgado, on patches, can we break down the time-to-acceptance distribution graph by number of weeks instead?
<kiko> I think 30 days is too coarse
<salgado> kiko, sure, but I think we'd need to make the graph wider
<kiko> salgado, just make a catch-all for more than 2 months?
