  Build artefacts of private projects should not be accessible to
  subsequent job runs

Bug description:
  Currently all build artefacts are stored under the builds/ directory
  (with one sub-directory for every project). This means private
  artefacts are accessible to subsequent job runs, which is not
  desirable.
