Two requests for respins until now:1 - Origen:

new upload adds LED support and enables the tools package, sopeople
can use perf.

yet sure if we'll support beagle for this cycle, but the
previoushwpack is broken because Omap 3 now needs u-boot SPL instead
ofx-loader.
The new Origen hwpack is also tested, with the same results as the previous one.
