  There's a new installer for Maverick, so basically the entire
  Installation chapter and screenshots need to be updated.

  Also, a note from the pad: I think we should also add some detailing
  on how to use the advanced mode of installation i.e. installing a
  Ubuntu 10.10 over an existing Ubuntu installation -- unknown.
