  In DD we should use MAXIMUM_IDENTIFIER_LENGTH for identifiers (like we
  do in IS).

  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  In the code IS was written after DD, so it made use of
  MAXIMUM_IDENTIFIER_LENGTH for identifiers, we should fix this in DD to
  be the same.
