  --daemon broken in 2011.04.15

Bug description:
  It seems that the option --daemon does not do anything anymore as of
  2011.04.15 (maybe in earlier releases as well)...  though it did work
  when it was first added.

  [root@fc14 drizzle]# drizzled7 --daemon

  It should return to a shell and put the process in the background, but it does not.
