Title:
--user option seems broken
Status in A Lightweight SQL Database for Cloud Infrastructure and Web Applications:
New
Status in Drizzle elliott series:
New
Bug description:
It doesn't seem that the --user command line option, or 'user' config
setting has any affect on the running process:
[root@fc14 ~]# drizzled7 --user drizzle --daemon
[root@fc14 ~]# ps auxw | grep drizzle
root 29627 3.6 18.7 651196 47180 ? Ssl 17:10 0:00 drizzled7 --user drizzle --daemon
root 29645 0.0 0.3 103376 792 pts/1 S+ 17:10 0:00 grep --color=auto drizzle
Is this some kind of process magic, or am I missing something?
