working correctly on your install, but without more information this
ticket can not be worked on.

Bug description:
  It is easy to use! And I love using it but if it wouldnt crash at the randomest times I'd be satisfied!!
  It's pissing me off! I was almost finished with a 30 minute long video that i needed done today! and it crashes for the 487395473859037583290th time but this time it deletes EVERYTHING!!
