  libdrizzle.h has wrong license

Status in A Lightweight SQL Database for Cloud Infrastructure and Web Applications:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  libdrizzle.h has a GPL license whereas the rest of the library uses a
  BSD license.  I suggest:

  a. Gaining permission from Olaf to change to BSD license
  or
  b. Remove the file (it is only a 1-liner and can probably be replace with a symlink if important)
