[Bug 825870] Re: OpenShot unable to select middle part of .MTS files
Note: The video exported with the experimental versions has new
artifacts: Track 2 is delayed for ca 1 second, and the title (on track
2) didn't cover the picture (on track 1) anymore completely, it was
shifted some mm to the left. Hopefully this is solved by using stable
versions.

Bug description:
When I select a middle part of imported .MTS file, the resulting
fragment has the correct part for the audio, however the selected part
of the video is from the start.
Input format: .MTS (AVCHD), 1280x720, from Parasonic Lumix TZ7
Output format: Web - Vimeo SD Widescreen - Square NTSC Widescreen - Average
Platform: OpenShot 1.3.1 on Ubuntu 10.04 on Intel Q8300
