Heh, finally I found an application which uses the gtk recent manager
(Brasero) and it shows the exact same behavior. So I think it's safe to
say it's an Ubuntu or Unity bug, because with classic gnome there are no
problems.

  Hi, 
   I have a bug not only on the 1.4.0alpha but also on the 1.3.0 installed on a Natty 11.04 64 bits by PPA when I 'am using a recent project.

  Impossible to change the project. I have always the last/first project
  open. When I open a project, it is perfect.
