[Bug 840853] Re: Thumbnails rendered incorrectly when not first frame

That's weird. Clearer instructions:

1) Import a video file to the project. Drag it on the timeline.
2) Note that the edges of the clip thumbnail (on the timeline) look like this:
  ___________
/ \

\___________/

which they should. With a black rounded border.

3) Resize the video clip from the left to the right, so the clip thumbnail changes.
4) Note that the edges of the clip thumbnail (on the timeline) looks like this:

____________

____________

which they shouldn't. The rounded black border is missing.

I'm using the latest revision.

Title:
Thumbnails rendered incorrectly when not first frame

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu 11.04
  2) PPA
  3) 1.4.0 alpha 1

  Steps to reproduce:
Drag a clip onto the timeline. In one way or another, try to make the clip not show the first frame as thumbnail. This can be accomplished by, for instance, resizing it on the left side. If the thumbnail still is visible, you should now be able to see that the new thumbnail is missing the rounded edges that clip thumbnails should have.

What should happen: The thumbnails should always have rounded edges.

The problem occurs since the newer thumbnails incorrectly are 720 x 480 (with my preferences), instead of quarter_ntsc.
  Patch attached.
The patch also removes a not needed print statement.
