[Bug 851965] Re: Blur effect appends black frame when set to 0

In the newest unstable version of OpenShot the Blur effect can only be
applied with values between 1 and 200, so this bug has already been
addressed. This bug occurred as late as in 1.3.1, so you'll have to wait
until 1.4.0 which will be out in late September.

Title:
Blur effect appends black frame when set to 0

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
I tried using "blur transition" by cutting a larger clip in 2 (using
cut tool) and then applying to the first part blur effect with
start=20 end=0. As long as I use end=0, a black frame appears in the
end of the first part. If, however, I set end=1.1, no black frame
appears and the "transition" plays smoothly. I have tried it with
several source clips, and it reproduces with all of them. The source
clips are Xvid4 if that's important.
