maybe flv isn't compatible with flac, but Openshot shoudn't crash. User
should see an error message.

  video export crashes without codecs

Bug description:
  I don't have flv codecs, but i forget that. I schose flv format and
  flac audio format. Than I pressed export button and openshot crased -
  all openshot windows closed.
