  Banner in About dialog shouldn’t contain a tagline

Bug description:
  Actually, that is not an error, but having text in a banner is not
  useful because it can’t be translated as the rest of OpenShot’s UI.

  I propose to take out the tagline “Create and edit videos!” and put it
  as plain text in the dialog, so it can be translated.
