[Bug 881761] Re: video export to dvd progress bar broken
@Ryan
The last versions of MLT our framework gives us some cold sweats. Some features which were working without any problems since a long time, are not working or are broken e.g. the export DVD, the sound exporting, the ac3 audio codec,.....
Openshot himself is pretty and very stable but not our actual framework. I said same that we have some regressions sometimes. And we can do nothing like that, only report bugs for the MLT Team. :-(
It is time for us to use our own library.
Thanks.
@Anton
All the kind of synchronisation problems will be resolved with our library.
Is it always present with the 0.7.6 version ? If you have a problem you could come back at the previous version (if she is in a repository) using the "ppa-purge" command.
Thanks.

Title:
video export to dvd progress bar broken
Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
Invalid
Bug description:
Recently I exported my video project to "dvd" format from openshot.
The first 2 or 3 times I did this the encoder dialog worked as
expected. However, after making some further edits and trying to
export again, the progress bar in the encode window either stopped
moving at ~ 11% or did not start at all. Meanwhile the video was
being encoded successfully, but I had no indication from the UI as to
when it would be finished.
It's not clear what triggered the loss of functionality, but
restarting openshot/reopening the project did not resolve it.
I am running Gnome 3.2, so perhaps the issue is related to the window
manager? I also experienced problems with menu buttons disappearing
from view until I clicked on them.
Openshot 1.4.0
Arch Linux x64 with Gnome 3.2
installed via official repositories
