You are certainly on Oneiric 11.10.

We assist at some regressions on MLT that we don't have on the other
version with the same dependencies.

The only solution that  I can give you it to upgrade at the last version of MLT.

If you are afraid about the sunab repository, you could use this one which have a stable version :
https://launchpad.net/~sunab/+archive/kdenlive-release
Anyway, in the both, dependencies are the same that which one on the screenshot.
