Please re-test with OpenShot 1.4.0, and if the bug still happens, we'll

4) Using a wmv video file recorded with a Sony Vaio built-in web
camera: the video plays correctly in ffplay and melt.

6) Description:
a) I drop the original file into the timeline;
b) I use the razor to split the clip in two clips anywhere;
c) The first clip shows content that should belong only to the second clip
d) The second clip start correctly (repeating the final part of the first clip), and few time later does a jump omitting part of the clip
e) The out value of the first clip corresponds to the in value of the second clip.
This didn't occur with an avi file.
