Hi Thomas! This case has been solved. Mythbuntu updates disabled access
to MySQL database. I enabled again from Mythbuntu Control Center and now
it works again.

So bug is in update script, it does not read from previous setup of
MySQL in Mythbuntu Control Center. This is only minor bug though. Thanks
for your quick replies Thomas anyway.

  Wireshark trace attached from frontend PC (192.168.255.2), be IP is
  192.168.255.5.
