[Bug 892803] Re: Import of multiple files via "Open with" from KDE file manager crashes OpenShot

Hi Oliver,

Sorry for the delay, I was sick.

Even you import only one image (and just for images) Openshot will ask
you if it is an image sequence. It is not a bug but perhaps it is too
"hard" and something could be done on.

** Changed in: openshot
   Importance: Undecided => Low

** Changed in: openshot
    Milestone: None => 1.4.1

Title:
  Import of multiple files via "Open with" from KDE file manager crashes
  OpenShot

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  1) Kubuntu 11.10, KDE 4.7.2, Kernel 3.0.0-12-generic, Dolphin 1.7
  2) OpenShot installed via PPA
  2) OpenShot version 1.4.0

  When I try to import multiple files to a project via the option "Open
  with" out of a KDE file manager like Dolphin or Konqueror and OpenShot
  seems to detect a image sequence then it infinitely opens dialogue
  boxes with the question if the image shall be imported as sequence.
  The only way to stop this is to kill the process.
