[Bug 412123] Re: Decreasing audio volume of a clip doesn't work

There was a regression (caused by a different bug: lp:475073), which
broke this again. I have fixed it again, and committed the fix to the
trunk. The LC_NUMERIC env variable was being hardcoded to C or POSIX,
and was not locale aware.

Title:
Decreasing audio volume of a clip doesn't work

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Hi Jonathan
I just added one mp3 song on the timeline and wanted to decrease the volume of the sound but the sound just disappears. Only a setting of 100,00 works and a lower value will not give a sound.
Fading in and out is not a problem.
Some errors like this appears in the terminal, I don't know that these has something to do with my problem:
  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/home/jef/openshot/main/windows/ClipProperties.py", line 223, in on_txtOut_value_changed
      local_in = float(self.txtIn.get_text())
ValueError: invalid literal for float(): 0,00000000000
  on_cboKeyFrame_changed
  on_cboSimpleSpeed_changed
  on_btnClose_clicked
  on_tlbPlay_clicked called with self.tlbPlay

If you need more info just ask.
  Bye
  Jef
