[Bug 550547] Re: SVG files not rendered correctly.

I don't know a great deal about the details of the SVG format or how MLT
processes SVG files, but there are a number of differences in the way
your SVG file is constructed compared to the standard Openshot titles.
For what it's worth, the sample text.svg file you provided is displayed
the same way in Kdenlive (which also uses the MLT back-end), so I don't
think there is anything we can fix in Openshot for this.

You might want to take an existing Openshot title file and edit it and
see how you get on.

The pixelation that is evident in you vob file is possibly due to your
svg file not matching the project profile dimensions.

Title:
  SVG files not rendered correctly.

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Ubuntu 10.04 (also tested in Mint 8)
  Installed from PPA
  Openshot version 1.1.1

When I add an SVG title inside my movie project, it results on a pixeled and poor quality image, not like the original SVG file.
First I tried to do this with the title editor with the unexpected poor quality title, and later I had drew the title directly in Inkscape, with the same result. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or I'm missing something (not a great experience), but I'm not able to find a solution for this.

I attach the SVG file I'm using and a simply openshot project with the
  .svg file inside it (svg_test.zip).

Thanks in advance, and get my best congratulations from Barcelona
  (Spain). Openshot is awesome! ;-)
