Title:
Open saved projects - inconsistent on showing files imported
Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
New
Bug description:
Openshot 1.4 installed SUDO
Ubuntu 11.10
Openshot debug - Not sure how to do since not seeking an error box.
When opening a saved project that had been saved with numerous files
imported after doing a saved new project or save as with new project
name comes back empty.
Example- Did a project with ten import files. Saved it and then did
export to web youtube.
Then do more editting and then save project with my version control
with the ending part of the file name v1, v2, v3 as I build up the
video (fall back point just in case). It is after the save new project
V2 when I go from the most recent editted version to get the one just
built (after a save porject V2) that from the recent project list I
open the project V1. If I delete all but one clip it is that single
clip that shows up and NOT the ten saved in the project V1. If I do a
new project then all the recent projects attempted to be opened are
blank of any files imported specific for that project. Closely down
open shot and re-opening seems to be the sad work around.
I read that Unity might the the issue. But have not seen a bug or bug
fix or solution(s) to resolve this.
Very scary to not see your files imported on a project. Huge feeling
of a loss of time and confindence in this emerging software.
