I quickly made this patch which remove the ui bits. I didn't see were it
was used in the code (if it even was), so testing welcome !

  Remove project length field from save dialog

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:

Bug description:
  When saving the project, I have to set the project length.

  Why? When beginning a project, I almost never know how long the
  resulting video will be.

  OpenShot should offer a better way to extend the timeline length.
