Re: [Bug 943026] Re: When working with image sequences, file handles not cleaned up, causing errors
Hi ,
I'm using Openshot 1.4.2
Just re-checked the problem to double-check.
Reproduction is simple:
1. Have an image collection 250 images large (each png image around 450kb)
2. import as image collection.
3. drag collection onto time-line
4. play 5 or 6 times
around the 6th time, video screen will go blank white,
and menu items no longer respond,
no longer able to successfully save project.
If you need any other info, let me know.

Title:
When working with image sequences, file handles not cleaned up,
causing errors
Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
New
Bug description:
I've imported a few image sequences,
and inserted them as a video.
In playing them, and then working with them (i.e., export to video, play sequence, etc)
eventually (after 5 minutes) software complains about "too many files open",
for example, if I then go to save the project.
At this point, software is then completely unusable,
video viewer shows only blank white,
and sometimes, menu items no longer respond.
