[Bug 936084] Re: Video is still running and doesn't respond to ruler under video preview or timeline
Hi Cenwen,
I have installed both openshot and MLT from PPA sources you suggested
me, but the behaviour is still the same.
In the meanwhile I tried to import the video encodend to different
formats (DV, H264 in MKV, MJPEG in AVI, WEBM) and all of them are OK. So
it seem it is specific for MPEG4 and MP3 in an AVI container.
Also I found that this problematic video must be the video which display
in the Preview window when a project is opened. So it must start from
0:00 and in tracks above shouldn't be any other video.

preview or timeline
Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
New
Bug description:
I have project with one video (AVI, MPEG4, MP3) placed in Tack 1 (Track 2 is empty). Immediately after opening project video SILENTLY start playing in Preview. Now if i change position in timeline or ruler under video preview and press play, it always start palying from the beginning (including sound). It never start playig from selected time.
I tried to create new project from scratch but without success. Currently Openshot is useless for me, I can't work with it.
