I guess it's a side effect of not being able to seek to the start of the
file, so it just starts playing instead.

  Video is still running and doesn't respond to ruler under video
  preview or timeline

Bug description:
  I have project with one video (AVI, MPEG4, MP3) placed in Tack 1 (Track 2 is empty). Immediately after opening project video SILENTLY start playing in Preview. Now if i change position in timeline or ruler under video preview and press play, it always start palying from the beginning (including sound). It never start playig from selected time.
  I tried to create new project from scratch but without success. Currently Openshot is useless for me, I can't work with it.

  Ubuntu 11.10, Openshot 1.4.0 installed from repository
