It seems the link in this bug has not been working for a long time. I
tried to look, but I don't know where those lcov report are saved right
now. You should probably look at some other bug until this one is fixed.

Bug description:
  Code that has no coverage in the lcov report http://drizzle.org/lcov/
  has a good chance of being unused. (or of just not having a test case
  for it) For the stuff that are orphan functions, they should be
  deleted from the codebase.
