Message #05075
[Bug 991907] Re: Length of imported stills
Ah, so I misunderstood a bit ;-). Then it kind of makes sense the way it
is, I'm just jused to something else. I use Final Cut Pro at work, and
there the default length of imported stills is (if I remember right) 10
seconds. This is both in the Browser (Project Files in OS) and on the
timeline, and they can not be extended beyond that on the timeline
unless one changes the length in Preferences.
Anyway, now I understand why it is like it is, so thank you for that!
:-)

Title:
Length of imported stills
Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
New
Bug description:
I have changed the length of imported stills in the Preferences dialog
from the default 5 seconds to 8 seconds. They appear with the right
length in the timeline, but in the Project Files window the length is
still shown as 5 seconds. See attatchment.
The length in the Project Files window should really reflect the
actual length from Preferences, and not only 5 seconds.
OpenShot 1.4.2, MLT 0.7.6, Mint 9.
