This will have some strict parameters to be doable as we have to rely on
the video player to report playback status. Totem has a plugin (disabled
by default) that can do this via dbus.

If mythavtest is used, this is likely already done but should be tested.

  The unity-scope-mythtv should mark a recording as watched once it hits
  a certain playback point (around 80%?)
