Couple things

1) Why are you trying to install the medibuntu repos? Those aren't
usually needed for anything anymore.

2) It looks like something was locked when trying to add it. Did you try
installing something else when it was being added (or upgrading)?

3) Try running 'apt-get -f install', then attempting the install again

4) Because of #2, please reboot then try again.
