openshot should extend the ruler_time value in the projekt file when a
video grows beyond it's project size.

  openshot does not extend the scroll area when the video grows beyond
  the projects time size

  New

Bug description:
  1. create a new project of arbitrary length
  2. import a clip to the timeline
  3. split the clip anywhere
  4. move the second part of the clip  a few minutes towards the end
  5. the second clip reaches beyond the scroll area and can not be edited anymore.
