Updated and rearranged the project files tree, to provide a better, more
thoughtful arrangement of file options. Specifically, moving 'Add to
Timeline' to the top, and removing some options when multiple selections
are made, and providing seamless functionality with both "Details" and
"Thumbnails" view.

Bug description:
  The right click menu on the project file's tree is becoming a bit hard
  to manage.  It needs to be rearranged in a more logical order, putting
  the more context-sensitive options at the top (i.e. the most likely
  buttons first).  And needs to work seamlessly between "Details" and
  "Thumbnails" mode.
