  Apply Effects to Multiple Clips (Drag n Drop on Track)

Bug description:
  There is no quick way to add effects to lots of clips at the same
  time.  Perhaps, we need the ability to drop an effect on the track
  name (left side of the screen), and it would apply the effect to all
  clips on that track.
