[Bug 1051790] Re: Adjust Speed / Length of Animated Titles

A new parameter has been added to all Blender animations in OpenShot
(i.e. animated titles), called "Animation Length". The options are
"Default", "2X", "3X", "4X", and "5X". This takes advantage of the
"time remapping" functionality in Blender, and increases the # of frames
in the animation by this multiplier. The side effect is the animation
goes slower, but lasts longer. The best part of this enhancement, is
the animation is smoothly interpolated to match the higher # of frames,
and it works really smooth, and nicely.

Title:
Adjust Speed / Length of Animated Titles

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
Animated titles always have a "set" number of frames, which sometimes
plays too quickly, depending on the text entered, and which settings
are used. They need a parameter to adjust the speed or length the
animation plays. This might be difficult, since the animations are
all built by hand, and very "frame number" driven.
