  Schedule changes preview screen in mytbuntu theme wrongly themed

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The schedule changes preview  screen (schdiff in ui.xml) is themed for
  4:3 screens and does not look like the other screens.

  A quick fix is to use the area values from mythcenter-wide. But better
  is to style the screen to be consistent with the other recording
  preview screens.

  Bug applies to mythtv-theme-mythbuntu 1:0.22.0+fixes
  22890-0ubuntu0+mythbuntu3
