  No file import after return of focus

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  OpenShot consistently refuses to import files after focus has been
  switched to another application, and then back to OpenShot.

  The file import option just does not open the file dialog, either from
  the menu or toolbar.
