Title:
  The scrollbar at the bottom of the screen (below tracks) can not
  access track locations past the 15 minute mark.

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  When zooming in closer than 4 seconds per track resolutions is when
  the issue occurs.

  I am using Oracle's VB using Ubuntu 12.4, OpenShot 1.4.3 (fails on
  1.4.0 as well).

  What's melt?
